Author: JB Fletcher

Publisher: not known

Source: TV series Murder She Wrote S4 E8 Steal Me a Story

In this episode of Murder She Wrote, Jessica is negotiating with a production company who plan to turn one of her earlier books into a miniseries. It’s not clear which of her books the company is considering though. An executive says the book is Murder at the Asylum (could this be the book she researched by having herself admitted to an asylum?). Jessica thought they were negotiating over Calvin Canterbury’s Revenge. Or have I got that the wrong way round? Whichever it is, two of Jessica’s books are named.

Meanwhile, we learn that a TV producer is planning on stealing the plot of Jessica’s new book for an episode of Doctor Danger. It seems to feature a man who steals his dead brother’s identity, but sadly we don’t get a title for this one.
