So, according to Harry Potter fandom, this creepy sounding self-help book first appears in The Tales of Beedle the Bard. But does it appear in the IRL version of Beedle the Bard by JK Rowling, or the rather older version (possibly written in runes) which features in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows? I don’t know. Possibly both.

And honestly, can it really be a self-help book? Because it sounds a whole lot more like a fairy story to me. Take a look at the fandom page.
