Book of Lost Books by Maester Marwyn

Author: Maester Marwyn
Publisher: Not known
Source book: A Feast For Crows by George R R Martin
Books featuring in A Feast for Crows include Questions by Maester Denestan; History of the Ironborn by Haereg; Annals of the Black Centaur by Septon Jorquen, which documents a period in the history of the Night Watch; and of course, the book I chose to feature because it seemed appropriate: Book of Lost Books by Maester Marwyn. And then there’s Dragonkin, Being a History of House Targaryen from Exile to Apotheosis, with a Consideration of the Life and Death of Dragons by Maester Thomas.
Hotho Harlaw gave a copy of the Book of Lost Books to Rodrik Harlaw in the hope that Rodrik might marry his daughter. However, he offered to support Victarion Greyjoy if he agreed to marry his daughter.
I mostly don’t know what these books are about - apart from dragons and books - and probably I won’t find out. No. Don’t tell me. Whatever anyone thinks, you know I won’t be reading the source book any time soon.
A Feast for Crows is the fourth in the A Song of Ice and Fire series.
